Been Off The Depo Injection, Spotting, Bloating, Nausea, Fever And Headaches, Back Pain. Can I Be Pregnant ?

I been off the depo prover injection for two & a half weeks I started spotting very light pink discharge on the 8th&9th of febuary & it stopped then today which is febuary 18 I had a little more spotting but this time it was a darker pink. I been having bloating , nasuae after eatting , fever , headaches lower back pain & ima.more tired then usual? I took 2 pregnancy test this week & the last both came back neg. Yes I been having unprotected sex for 3 weeks . Can I be pregnant or can it be the depo injection?

It can be a pelvic iflamatory condition also. Better consult a gyanecologist and rule it out.You should rule out STD by doing VDRL HIV etc.and also should rule out pelvic inflammatory disease by doing an ultrasound examination
