Ok, So I've had BV for a month now the prescription from my doctor did not work. It went away for about three days then boom tuna casserol is back. Then I noticed my period was off, it only lasted two days and not enough blood to even change a tampon or pad. The blood started out light pink then was like dark brown. Almost like a discharge. Could the bv mess with my period or should I take a pregnancy test? I have been sexually active with one partner.

Get pregnancy test done, if negative could be due to lack of ovulation & confirm it by taking progestogen for 10 days, if there's with drawal bleeding.
If due to anovulation, have to induce ovulation to bear a child.
