Are Vomiting, Stomach Ache, Headache And Loss Of Appetite Signs Of Pregnancy?

I am 31 and TTC. I have been charting my basal temps and they started to rise on Tuesday and peeked today. Today I am feeling really sick to my stomach, headache, loss of appetite and had some spotting this morning....do you think I have a hormonal issue that is going to make getting pregnant difficult?

Hi,

Basal temps are not very accurate to time ovulation.Ovulation kits are available which could be easier for you and decrease your stress.
Hormonal issues can only be decided with testing of FSH, TSH, LH, prolactin. These are blood tests which check for hormones related to fertility.
If you have been trying to conceive for more than a year then its advisable that you undergo a complete evaluation.
This would include a semen test of your partner.
Your hormonal levels and a pelvic ultrasoung.HSG may also be done to see for tubal patency.

This would give us a clear idea if you do have a problem conceiving and may need help.

Hope this helps.
