I have type 2 diabetes since 1999. My fasting sugar is 100 /110 and post lunch 180/220. H1Ac is 8.4. I am taking Zoryl M-2 and jalra 50 before breakfast, Volibo 0.3 mg during lunch and Zoryl M-2 before dinner. My height/ weight : 5 ft. 8 inches and 70 kg. Are the medicines OK or is it too much ?
Hello, Your PP sugars are still high. You may start taking VOGLIBOSE .3 mg three times a day and then see the response. Along with these medications,do regular aerobic exercises for 45 minutes a day and observe proper dietary control.Repeat your blood sugar levels after 2 weeks and if they are still not all right, then you would need a revision of prescription. It is very important that blood sugar levels are kept in meticulous control to avoid various types of future macro as well as microvascular complications. Thanks
