Are Scan Measurements Of Thyroid Normal?

Thyroid measurements right lobe is 42x16x9 mm and left measures 38x16x 13 mm. Also there are a total of 3 subcentimeter nonspecific nodules. On the right , these measure 5 and 6 mm and on the left there is a tiny nodule measuring 3 mm. Doctors tell me this is normal but it feels like my throat is swelling shut I am really miserable and it seems like I can t get no help at all. How normal is this?
