Are Period Like Symptoms And Delayed Periods Due To Depo Shot Or Pregnancy?

I got on the depo provera birth control February 14th. I had unprotected sex the first of march. He said he didn't cum in me but I'm not sure..origanilly before BC, I would have had my period this week. I'm cramping a lot and having abdominal pain...but, no bleeding. I have discharge too..could I be pregnant or is it a side effect of the shot because of my period?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The depo shot that you have taken can cause a delay in the periods. Still it is best to rule out the pregnancy with a urine test after a week.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
