Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
At this age brochiolitis a viral infection mimics asthma.
Unless there are recurrent attacks it is difficult to diagnose asthma.
Even if it is asthma by 16 years of age some will have spontaneous recovery.
Medication was given for the control of cold.
Better consult pediatrician for correct diagnosis and proper treatment.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
