Are Opacified Uterus And Right Fallopian Tube A Matter Of Concern?

Hi Dr. am call Flowrence, 35yrs old. about 6ft tall, and 67kgs. I went through a tubal petency and was diagonised that my the uterus and right fallopian tube are OPACIFIED. there is EXTRAVASATION of contrast noted on the right .there is no spillage of contrast in the pelvic peritoneum, what does this mean
