The uterus is normal in size and shape; they are no filling defects seen. The left falopian tube is opacified but spastic There is right fallopian tube obstruction No free peritoneal spill demonstrated. Spastic left fallopian tube with right fallopian tube obstruction

As per reports there is some problem with either tube. Either there can be obstruction after infection or tubes are not filled up with adequate pressure of the dye or spasm of the tubes due to irritation of the dye.
I will suggest you to undergo diagnostic hysteroscopy and laparoscopy. This procedure will help to find out actual status of the tubes.
