Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

Based upon your symptoms and history medication you are taking will definitely increase your chances for pregnancy. But the symptoms you have mentioned are not seen during early pregnancy. Early pregnancy symptoms include fatigue, tiredness, nausea, vomitings, tenderness in breast, implantation spotting etc.
Hope this answers your query.

Regards,
Dr.Alekhya.
