Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Cramps in the lower abdomen, constipation, are present both in early pregnancy as well as in premenstrual phase.
To confirm pregnancy by urine pregnancy test, I will suggest you to wait till your expected dates of periods, if delayed then do get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
