Hello,

Constipation may be due to a lack of physical activity or due to decreased intake of fibre diet or intake of processed food or irritable bowel syndrome or bowel obstruction etc.

Eat a high fibre diet, drink plenty of water. Use tablet Dulcolax two tables at night. Use Benefiber or Metamucil or Pegmove powder for stool formation.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
