Are Headaches Caused Purely By Over Masturbation ?

are masturbation headaches causes purely by over masturbation ? or is it also caused by dehydration and a lack of air-intake?
being 30 i experienced my first "masturbation headache tonight" and i thought i was going to have an aneurism and die.

I noticed i had not been drinking much water, and had not breathing correctly, and i had two masturbations in less than 1 hour.

You are correct regarding the fact that inadequate hydration status & hypoxia (inadequate oxygen supply to the brain) can cause headache.
But please remove all myths & misconceptions from your mind about masturbation.
In fact, Masturbation is completely normal & doesn't have any bad effect to the body and mind.

Headaches can also be due to:
1. Stress
2. Sinus infection
3. Migraine
4. Any fluctuation in blood pressure levels, etc.

Investigations like X ray of paranasal sinus, complete blood count & estimation of blood pressure levels will be helpful.

As you believe masturbation does not give headache and you will not die due to aneurysm. During masturbation you will get mild dehydration and breathing more hurry. This may lead to headache.So need not worry, enjoy by masturbating.
