Are Glycomet Sr (2g) Daily Dose, Chrominac-a, Dexon And Diane-35 Effective For PCOS?

My age is 24+, my height is 5.5fts, my weight is 60kgs, I am suffering from the problem of poycystic overies and i am goin to get married in next month, i have irregular periods too, my doctor put me on glycomet Sr (2g) daily dose, chrominac-a, dexon and diane - 35 and adviced to have blood tests (FSH, Thyroid, prolactin, etc.) next month during the 2 day of my period, she also says that it takes time to concieve in PCOS and she told me to continue the above mediciens for min. 3 months. Please advice me how these medicines will work for me to get pregnant with PCOS and please also let me know if am taking the right medication?
