Are Fetigyn Injection And Folic Acid And Ecosprin Tablets Safe During Pregnancy?

hi I conceived from IUI... I am in my early pregnancy and doctor has suggested me to take Fertigyn injection. Is this injection safe? my LMP was on 5/3/2012 and IUI was done on 22nd and 23rd of March. They have prescribed Duphaston - 10mg, Folic acid and Ecosprin 75. Are these tablets safe?

Yes these fertigyn and duphaston will maintain pregnancy by sustaining normal progesterone levels which is necessary for pregnancy. Ecospirin is aspirin in low doses is good to keep your blood less coagulant and maintain good blood flow to baby....such drugs are generally prescribed in low doses so that there are no major side effect s
