Are Esotropia And Sinusitis Interrelated And Can They Be Corrected Through Surgery?

i have have affected by sinutis related problem last five years.before 1 year i have undergone septoplasty for nasal septum deviation.3 months back i have also undergone FESS and turbinoplasty for the sinus problem.now i some time affected by head ache and cold related problems .my doctor adviced me the nasal passages are very clear there is nothing cannot be done after this.and i have affected by squint from birth called as esotropia ,my right eye does not move towards end of the eye.now iam 28 years old .eye doctors suggested this DRS syndrome cannot be surgeried.is it any connection between squint and sinutis.what are the best treatment to clear both the problems.pls suggest me

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Headache and cold related problems in spite of nasal septal correction, turbinoplasy and FESS can be due to other causes too.
Hence Take an opinion of a Neurologist to rule out any other problems.
You still have to continue with steroid nasal sprays, and other medications even after such extensive surgeries to get a proper benefit out of these.
Your another problem of squint or Estropia may not be related to the sinus problems unless there is hypoplasia or anatomical variation present in the sinuses or its outlets. Consult an Ophthalmic Surgeon dealing with squint alone to get the best possible diagnosis and management.
