Any Suggestion For Pain In Right Side Of Throat?

I am having this pain in the right side of my throat for about a month. It is not continous but intermitten while swallowing and sometime shark poking sensation while swallowing / talking, and I cant speak for a moment.
I visited an ENT and he did an endoscopy and did not find any thing much. He prescribed me medicines for acid reflux but has not given me any relief.
This started after a bout of cold / cough.
I had this similar problem of poking in throat about a year back and the ENT doctor then had taken an X-ray. He told me there is something there (do not remember what he had mentioned) which in my case is enlarged and hence poking. It needs to be operated but can be left as it is if not troubling much. This problem went off after some time and so I also did not bother. Now it has started again and really troubling me for long.
This earlier doctor was in India and now I am staying Malaysia and hence a new doctor.
Could you suggest me what I should do?

I really appreciate your concern this is some time happens due to the emotional stress and this might be the condition with you if I would be your treating doctor then I would treat this case with the following medicines
1) Tab Chlordiazepoxide one tab three times in day
2) Tab Diphenhydramine 10 mg three times in day
try to keep the stress level very low and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps you take care and have nice day.
