Suggest Medicine For Irritable Bowel Syndrome

hi dr.. i am suffering from irritable bowel syndrome with...pain,constipation and bloating...since 8 months. i have taken clidinium bromide n chlordiazepoxide for 4months but no response. i also tried mebeverine for 2months. what other medicine can benefit me?? ....thanx

Hi...

Welcome to healthcare magic.
You have history of irritable bowel syndrome.
Restrict some fry food ,tea ,alcohol, coffee.....etc
Avoid stress.
Take a regular meal and sleep properly every day..
If pain and destetion present than drugs helpful .
If complain of daily diarrhea than antidanti-diarrhea drugs can use.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
