Any Ideas For No Energy, Constant Tiredness, Inability To Exercise?

I m 19 mos. out from dissecting aortic aneurysm-ascending surgery. I no longer see my surgeon and only see a cardiac doctor once a year at the VA Hosp. Age 60, no energy, tired constantly, can t exercise, feel as if muscles are pulling me down, can t work, on breathing machine at night to help improve overall health, which is no help. I m fed up with feeling this way with no explanation why or resolution. Any ideas? Also had heart attack in 2010 w,3 stints put in.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The constant tiredness and lack of energy that you are feeling could be due to vitamin d3 deficiency. This can also be related to a generalized viral syndrome. Proper supplements will help.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
