Any Concern With Maxilla Sounds More Hollow While Biting Teeth Together?

Hi. I m actually a junior Dr myself in the UK. I ve just noticed lately over the last month or two that my maxilla sounds more hollow when I bite my teeth together. No pain. No deformity. No nasal/sinus symptoms/colds etc. Just wondering if its anything I should look into?Thanks.John.
