Anxiety Attack, Fast Heartbeat Rate, Chest And Arm Pain

This is gonna sound strange but is it possible for a 15 year old to have a hareat attack,Ive been kinda worried if im gonna have one because i had a recent anxiety attack about a year ago and ever since then my heart feels like it beat way to fast at times then goes away . Ive had pain in my chest , arm , and knida the neck but no tinggly sensation in the fingers or uspset stomach.My breathings fine because i play basketball and it hasnt been a problem.I havent been to the doctors but im been thinking about it.But im just puting this out there to see if this is a surious problem or its just lack of water,sleep,or whatever................would really like to know Thanks

Thank you for posting your query.

A 15-year old is very unlikely to have heart attack.

Based on your symptoms, we should exclude any cardiac arrhythmia (a disorder of cardiac rhythm and heart beat).

This can be done by an evaluation by a cardiologist, who may perform Holter monitoring to diagnose this condition.
