Ankle Thickening With Fluid. Taking Co Codamol. How To Reduce The Pain?
I am taking co codamol for fluid on my tendon in my ankle and a thickening of some ?? in my left foot is there anything elde I can take as the pain is getting worse and when I go for physio all I do is different exercises which seem to make it even worse. I work 12 hour shifts so can t take time off work as I am a store manager and am on my feet all day.
