Am I Pregnant?

I am having terrible pains in my stomach (almost like period cramps) for the last week and a half. I have had a history of ovarian cysts and have had one rupture once. I had my period on 6/1 and it was extremely heavy and chunky. i have felt sick etc. could i be pregnant?

Hi there , I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) If you have history of regular cycles and also there was history of unprotected sex act in the fertile period, means between day 10 to 20 of the cycle, then you stand chance to get pregnant.

3 ) I will suggest you to get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy. In case of doubt blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.

4 ) USG will be helpful to look for the ovarian status to see if you are having pain sur to ovarian cyst.
