Am I Diabetic If Blood Sugar Level By Glucometer Is 142?
Hello Doctor .. today morning I decided to check my blood sugar level by glucometer and found that it was 142 in fasting! am I diabetic? or should concern medication?one more question .. is it possible to lower the blood sugar level without medication and by a following a proper diet chart and exercise

By doing random blood sugar you cannot label your self as a diabetic, that too if the random blood sugar is around 142 mg/dl..
But to label you as a diabetic the random blood sugar should be morethan 200 mg/dl..
The best way to justify is to do fasting and post prandial blood sugars and review.
