Hello,

Your symptoms are common after that type of whiplash injury. They are due to muscle spasms with local inflammation and irritation of nerve roots, producing tingling sensations and mild dizziness.

It may persist for weeks and months even. Often psychological factors play a contributing role in prolonging symptoms so should try to relax, physical therapy with stretching exercises or yoga may help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
