Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Public Forum

Masturbation 3 times a week is not harmful. Masturbation is considered as a part of normal human sexual behavior and is is very common among young males. It does not have any bad effects on health and does not lead to any medical problems. It also do not impair fertility.

To increase fertility:
-Stop masturbation 1 week before visiting to home.
-Have physical relation in middle of the cycle.

I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
Wish you Good Health.

Regards,
