Should Masturbation Be Discontinued In View Of Sexual Addiction?
I have a sexual problem...I am a sex addict who has changed his activities substantially. the only sexual activity I haven't stopped is masturbation,..about once a day, and without the use of porn etc. Do you think this is a good idea ofr should I be aiming to stop it for fear it couls lead back into activities I want to avoid.

Masturbation is a common practice in males and it is absolutely normal. You have stopped your sexual activities and have fear of restarting if you stop masturbation. I would like to tell you that masturbation will control your sexual urges and it can prevent you from going back to your earlier practices. Though you have not mentioned your other sexual practices, I would not recommend stopping masturbation.
