If you are mentioning abnormal sperm morphology, it means sperm is damaged maybe due to infection or testis damage. Antibiotics may be prescribed for urinary infection. Drink plenty of water. Get tested for STDs. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables for antioxidant effect to reduce sperm damage. Follow up with your Doctor for further testing and advice.
