Abdominal pain, burning sensation, blood in stool. Had hysterectomy. Suggestions?

I had a total abdominal hysterectomy 8 weeks ago. But have been back to work at 7 weeks. My job is standing all day and lifting I have started having extreme pain in my abdominal area started from the right side and is burning also. I have blood in my stool also. I am feeling totally worn out. I work in a meat department.
