Abdominal, Lower Back Pain, Hurts On Taking Deep Breath, Tingle Sensation In Legs, Toes. Medical Check Up Required?

okay doctor heres my problem,, im having abdominal and lower back pain feel as if my period is about to start and I also have this pressure pain under my right collar bone by my neck .. I mostly feel it when im burping and also have tingle sensation in my leg n toes..please help im only 23 in need some advice should I go to the hospital it hurt when I take deep breathe under my right collar bone

The mils pain in the lower back and the tingling sensation could be related to decreased Vitamin B 12 levels. Thyroid hormone levels and blood glucose levels also need to be evaluated.
