hi....i have had a month of episodes of extreme bloated abdomen ...thought it was my IBS so tried adjusting my diet ...however this week i suddenly had a period after being period free for 13 months...had no usually symptoms of inpending period just having usually menopausal symptoms...is this anything to worry about ..p.s ..my mother has breast cancer ...
