Abdominal bloating, sudden onset of periods, undergoing menopause. Family history of breast cancer. Cure for symptoms?

hi....i have had a month of episodes of extreme bloated abdomen ...thought it was my IBS so tried adjusting my diet ...however this week i suddenly had a period after being period free for 13 months...had no usually symptoms of inpending period just having usually menopausal this anything to worry about ..p.s mother has breast cancer ...

any bleeding after six months amenorrhoea in menopausal age is termed as postmenopausal bleeding and it requires i advise you to consult gynaecologist and undergo thorough evaluation.
