A Light Brown Colored Stool Normal To Occur?
I have been on a low carb diet for about 3 weeks. Eating good protein and lots of salad and veggies. No breads, crackers, etc. I have noticed that the color of my stool has changed to a light brown. Without being gross, wanted to make sure this is normal. My outside research is telling me "yes".
