8 Month Child Started Crying Suddenly, Pulling Ears, Tummy Has Been Making Noise. Could Could Be The Problem?

I have an 8 month old son. He woke up out of his sleep rather fussy with a cry as if he was in pain also he s fallen back to sleep but is tossing and turning alot. As in discomfort. He has been pulling his ears lately i have been wondering if maybe he has an ear infection . Also his tummy has been makin noises. Not sure if that helkps buit what do you think?

Definitely the child is in pain .he most likely must be suffering from ear infection as he was pulling his ears .his ear needs to be examined if otoscope examination reveals congested tympanic membrane ,and if ther is a history of cold then most likely it is otitis media ...even if he doesn't have cold then in some babies who are bottle fed in lying down posture there is high possibility of milk trickling in the middle ear due to straight euestachian tube so there is a possibility of infection in middle ear.
