7 Year Old With White Line On The Nostril. Could It Be From The Sun Tan?

My son is seven. A white line has appeared around the curve of his right nostril. We have all got severly tanned this summer and I was wondering if it was simply because that portion remained unexposed - but it seems unlikely as on the left side of the nostril, this is not present. Also he has been in the swimming pool very often - wonder if he has picked it up there. But the line has definitely increased in the past few days. Kindly advice if I need to see a dermatologist.
