68 Years. Loose Motion. On Bi-quinol Tablet, Hygenic Food Intake. No Weakness, Stomach Pain. Reason For Infection?
Hi Doctor,
My name is Mohanachandran, 68 years of age, keeping somewhat better health.
I am suffering from loose motion in every two hours since midnight of 27.08.13. There is strict control over food and taking bi-quinol tab. The first day there was little temp. may be below 100 degree F and this was over after taking a paracetamol tab. There is no stomach pain or feeling of weakness.
I am taking food from home only under very hygienic condition and hence I do not know as to how the infection comes in. Is there any other reason for this ? Please advise. My e-mail ID : YYYY@YYYY
Hi, it appears to be the water born from the source of the water, or may be the food poisoning from the stored sweets, or curries. Any how if the motions are bulky, you should consult your doctor, for diagnosis and treatment. If the motions are bulky and duration is more than a day, it could be viral diarrhea, and lasts for 3 days, in spite of the treatment, in this case to correct the dehydration is the main aim. Thank you.
