How Can Constipation And Stomach Pain Be Treated?

Hi doctor I had a loose motion from thursday onwards. So i have taken yellow tablet to stop loose motion on thursday night and friday night(got from medical shop). Post to that, loose motion has been stopped. But motion itselft not coming. Dut to that, stomach is getting pain. Kindly suggest me to clear the motion problem.
