6 Weeks Pregnant. Ultrasound Done. What Does The Findings Mean?

Hi good day I just want to ask regarding my pregnancy I just have my ultrasound today and it shows that iam 6weeks and 1 day pregnant. Here's the comments:
Within the anterverted uterus is an irregular but decidualized gestational sac containing an embryo with no cardiac activity seen yet.
There is a hypoechoic area measuring 0.6x0.4x0.5cm seen inferior to the gestational sac suggestive of subchorionic hemorrhage.
There is a well-circumscribed heterogenous structure measuring 1.9x2.1x1.5cm seen within the posterior mid corpus suggestive of an intramural myopia with subserous component.

And the Impression says:
Intrauterine pregnancy ,6weeks and 1day by crown rump length, singleton.Suggest repeat scan 7 to 10 days after to assess fetal viability.
Normal both ovaries with a corpus luteum on the left.
Subchorionic hemorrhage.
Long and closed cervix.
(+)anterior myometrial wall contraction.
Uterine myoma.

And then my doctor says we have to terminate my pregnancy.

Actually my menstruation is irregular and I had it last December 28 2012..and now I am experiencing spotting after I will peed.

And now I got confuse of what my doctor says. Can you please give me some explanation about this?

Hello,

The sonography report says that it doesn't see any heart beat in the foetus that is baby inside your uterus.

It might be the possibility that the baby is dead and you have to do the repeat sonography after 10 days to see if the heart beat has started or not.

If it is dead then you will have to get the abortion done to prevent from complications.
