This variation in your lipid profile
can be stabilized by slightly modifying your diet.
If you are a pure vegetarian use combination of oils in your food prearation instead of using one type ie: use sunflower, olive oil , corn
oil etc in combination. Restrict your fat inatakeespecially saturated fats & fried foods.
If you are non vegetarian strict red meat, use lean meat & fish in moderate amounts.
With this you follow some routine exercise .
