35 Years Old. Having Stress And Loose Stool Daily. Any Advice?

hello sir,im from india,a housewife of age 35,wt.53,height 5.4, having a child of 4.i am feeling uneasy everyday morning when i am busy in household work.i feel something stressed in left side of my head and loose motion and stress.it slow and stop when i complete my daily work.when ever i feel tension same thing again occour since 4 year.please advice

Thanks for writing your query.

Symptoms described by you are common in anxiety.

You should avoid stress by doing yoga and meditation. Doing regular exercises in fersh air will also be helpful. Try to think positive and try to enjoy doing your daily household work.

If the problem persists, you should consult a Psychiatrist for starting anxiolytics. Donot self medicate and take medicines under medical supervision only.

Thanks for the question

Having normal motion twice daily can be considered healthy if your life style is good.
Stress and anxiety can cause Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
Your symptoms corresponds to IBS.
Remember, Syndrome is not a disease.
You need to stop worrying about your condition.
Because your condition is not at all dangerous.

Thanks for your query. Association of bowel symptoms with symptoms is popularly called as "irritable bowel syndrome". Stress reduction techniques like breathing relaxation techniques, yoga and meditation techniques are likely to be useful for you. If you do not obtain adequate relief, kindly consult a psychiatrist for thorough evaluation and initiation of anti-anxiety medication as well as psychotherapy.
