Can Stress Cause Episodes Of Dizziness And Nausea?

46 year old male, been working crazy hours lots of stress on a specific project, typically relatively healthy workout 4-5 times a week combined strength training and aerobic. I haven't been able to workout due to work over the last 3 weeks, all of a sudden I have been hit with an episode of dizziness and nausea accompanied by cold sweats and loose stool. Any ideas?

Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
Your symptoms seems to be due to lack of rest, irregular food intake and may be lack of sleep.
If I were your treating doctor, I would have advised you rest , proper diet and multivitamin supplements.
Get your blood sugar also checked.
If you do not improve in 24 to 48 hours, see a doctor.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
