27 Year Old Having Fluctuating Blood Pressure. Had Smoking Addiction. Suggestions?
Hi Thanks for asking. Your blood pressure is mostly in line with the recommended levels, it varies between the 120-140 systolic. Mostly normal blood pressure in a normal person varies between 120-130 most of the times in a day, I think smoking is not helping your cause. You can not have a normal blood pressure unless you stop smoking completely. Thanks.
