26 weeks pregnant, chest pain on left side, difficulty in breathing, chronic headaches. Suggestions?

I am 26 weeks pregnant. This morning around 8 am and again around 5 pm, I had cheat pain on the left side that was so sharp, I could barely take a breath. It lasted about 30-40 seconds. I have also had chronic headaches almost daily for the past two weeks with little relief after taking Tylenol... Should I call the on-call ONGYN?

Thanks for the query.
In pregnancy regurgitation of food contents can be seen and sometimes it presents as heart burn.
But better consult gynecologist and get examined to rule out other serious causes.
If she suggests you can go for complete blood picture and ECG.
If everything is normal, no need to worry.
Taking plenty of water, timely food, antacids can relieve the pain to some extent.
