2 Year Old Have Lymphadenopathy. What Is The Possible Treatment ?

my 2 yr old daughter who weighs around 13 kgs had cold for almost a mnth n half with swelling in the parotid area , on ultra sound they found enlarged lymph nodes on both sides of her neck ..plz let me know the reason for this and if required what is the treatment..Is this a serious issue? i m worried..

Thanks for query,
Your daughter is having cervical lymphadenitis due to recurrent upper respiratory tract infection.
But to be on safe side consult your pediatrician and rule out Primary complex infection.
