Detailed Answer:

Hi, Dr. Purushottm Neurgaonkar welcomes you to HCM forum.

I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) please do not worry.
2 ) As a thumb rule, it is necessary to thoroughly investigate any kind of post menopausal bleeding.
3 ) I will suggest you to get USG done, preferably vaginal route will be more helpful.
4 ) For the time being use hemostatic agents like Vitamin C, Tranexamic acid (500mg Twice daily for 3 days) to stop the bleeding.

A five day course of broad spectrum antibiotics is also recommended. Of course you will need a prescription for the same.

5 ) I will strongly recommend a diagnostic hysteroscopy with endometrial biopsy , to rule out any abnormal and worry some pathology .

6 ) As such lifting or pushing heavy objects shouldn't cause vaginal bleeding in any situation.

I hope this answer helps you.

Thanks.
I wish you a great health.
Dr. Purushottam.
