Question: For the past week and a half I have had off and on nasua. I also have had gas, irritable bowel symptoms, and heartburn. My voice has been horse too..

Antacid and antiemetic combination can help control your nausea and heartburn.
Gasex tablet , minimal exercises, avoiding any addiction and non spicy diet can help control gaseous.

If hoarseness of voice is minimal , it might be just clear up with steam inhalation.

If symptoms still continue you will have to see gastroenterologist for treatment of irritable bowel.
