Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

I would suggest to get the biopsy done as soon as possible to rule out any malignancy. Once ruled out, the treatment is very simple (Surgical removal of polyp is one of the simple surgeries which doesn't require long anesthesia). If God forbid, there is malignancy and at an early stage, then it is still a good time to treat it without performing any invasive procedure. The biopsy is the deciding factor for any further treatment.

I will suggest to perform the excisional biopsy (Considering the dimensions of the Polyp). If it is benign, then no further treatment may be necessary, otherwise a treatment plan will be discussed with you by an operating surgeon.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
