Hello,

You have stuffy nose, it is indicative of sinusitis, cold or allergy. Commonest cause of hoarseness is laryngitis, other causes are overuse of voice, post nasal drip, GERD, etc. Irritation and inflammation of the vocal cords due to allergens causes hoarseness. You have rattling cough that is worse when you lay down, it is because you are having post nasal drip. Postnasal drip can also cause a hoarse voice and sore / scratchy throat. Yellow bloody snot means infection is there.

Get clinically examined, you may have bacterial infection and need antibiotics urgently. In the mean time, take steam inhalation for relief, take anti histamines, one at bed time to get rid of discomfort. If there is dryness in the environment make sure you have a humidifier in the room. Get X-ray PNS done to determine any deviation in the nasal septum that is causing you sinusitis and discomfort. Gargle your throat with warm salt water 2-3 times daily. Cough lozenges may help.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
