Brief Answer:
Please attach ecg report

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Could you please attach the Ecg tracing. Heart rate less than 60 is considered as bradycardia by the machine. So, it's important to know, how severe is the bradycardia as heart rate above 55 is also fine and sometimes even lower is fine.
Is she on any medicines which can cause bradycardia like bp medicine metoprolol etc ?
Is she a thyroid patient? If not checked recently, should be checked once.
Also, low voltage complexes may be sometimes seen normally especially in overweight individuals.
So in nutshell, these findings are not always abnormal and may not need treatment. However, we have to find any underlying cause if any and treat it. Also, many a times, machine generated report is not accurate.
So, you should get her examined by local doctor once and attach an ECG here, should obtain echo and thyroid profile for her and let me know if she is on bp medicines along with diabetic medicines.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts .
