Brief Answer:
There can be several causes, require further evaluation. Follow up with a bit more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and reviewed attached reports. Here is my advice.

As per your attached reports,

Fasting blood sugar level indicates impaired sugar level i. e. Pre-diabetes. For that you may require proper diabetic diet and regular exercise to maintain blood sugar level under control.

Liver enzyme ALT is also on higher side. Though bilirubin level is within normal range, Please let me know does he has abdominal pain, yellow discoloration of skin or eyes, yellowish urine, burning while urination, fever?

For further assessment, I would suggest you to consult with physician for detailed clinical examination. He may procure complete hemogram, urine culture sensitivity, ultrasound abdomen, postprandial blood sugar level, HbA1c, thyroid profile as per evaluation.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. Take low calorie diet with lot of vegetables and fruits. Keep your self hydrated. Avoid fast /processed foods.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further...
