Brief Answer:
Usually exercise can increases fertility in obese patient.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us about it.

I can understand your concern, though.

There are so many studies on exercise impact on fertility of the patient.

In my opinion ideal weight is really important in conceivement so any type of exercise which are helpful in reducing your weight are helpful to you.

But you should run for exercise regime only under supervision.

Avoid heavy and vigorous exercises which may affect ovulation and implantation.

You can do yoga, cycling, push up, cardio, walking, etc. which are helpful in reducing weight.

Along with exercise you should consume healthy and balanced diet rich in high protein and low in fat and carbohydrate.

Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more.

Good luck.
